MICROBLADING

Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic eyebrow tattoo. Popular for woman who have sparse brows, light brows, or women who are simply tired of drawing them on. Microblading can be appropriate for those who experience complete hair loss as well. With this procedure, I am able to change the color of your brows, create density, shape and definition.

 

How is it done? Pigment is implanted into the skin with a small blade that sits on the end of a handheld tool. I create hair-like strokes in the brow, mimicking the direction of your natural hairs, creating an extremely natural and realistic look.

 

It is important to remember that the first procedure is intended to be a base, not the finished product. That is why a touch-up at 4-6 weeks is required. In between this time, it is normal to experience fading, light scabbing and itching. The entire healing process takes approximately 10 days. In most cases a person will only need one touch up, but in some - Microblading can be an investment. Everyone's skin absorbs skin differently, and even medications, vitamins, and hormones can affect the results. For this reason, Doll Headz does NOT offer ANY guarantee's. For this reason, Doll Headz also does not offer any refunds. In rare cases, 3-4 touch-ups may be required to complete your brow. Additional touch-ups are $75+.

PREP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Shower before your appointment as you will not be able to for 24hrs afterwards

  • You may bring in photos of eyebrow shapes you have in mind

  • If you are concerned about the feeling, you may take a Tylenol before the appointment (avoid all other pain killers as they could be blood thinners)

  • If you have unexpectedly become ill and require antibiotics, please notify us so that we can reschedule your appointment. Antibiotics could affect the retention of your tattoo

  • If you are planning a vacation - ensure you allow a full 2 weeks, preferable 4 weeks for healing before going anywhere warm. 

  • Get excited! You're going to love your new eyebrows!

 

WHAT TO AVOID BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Do not consume alcohol for up to 48hrs prior to your appointment

  • Do not take any form of pain killers except for Tylenol as any others may thin the blood

  • Avoid sun tanning for 2 weeks - you cannot have a tan or burn for your appointment

  • No waxing for 1 week, no tweezing for 24hrs

LASH EXTENSIONS

Doll Headz offers classic, hybrid and volume eyelash extensions. Because we offer multiple styles of lash extensions, and we also carry multiple different lengths, curls and thicknesses – we are able to create a completely customized set for you. We also only use 100% FAUX mink lashes. The procedure is comfortable and relaxing. It is recommended you do not wear contacts to your appointment as you will need to remain lying down with your eyes shut for approximately 2-3 hours.

You must arrive to your lash appointments without any eye make-up and extremely clean lashes. After the appointment, completely avoid water and steam for a minimum of 24 hrs, up to 48 hrs for best results. Maintain your lash extensions by completely avoiding mascara, oil-based makeup products and any facial cleansers containing oils of any kind. It is also important to cleanse your lashes regularly. You may do so by gently rinsing your lash line with a Q-tip and an oil-free cleanser or diluted baby shampoo (3:1 ratio water/shampoo). Failure to follow these instructions will result in pre-mature lash loss and refunds will NOT be offered.

If you arrive for a fill appointment with less than half your lashes, it is no longer a fill and will be charged as a full set. Please book your fills accordingly. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All new clients MUST book through our online booking link and pay a 50% deposit for the appointment of their choice. Deposits are TRANSFERABLE – NOT refundable. Deposits may be transferred if a minimum of 24 hours has been given for any changes to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify Doll Headz with a minimum of 24 hour notice will result in a forfeit of your deposit. No show appointments (less than 1 hour notice) will be charged in full. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, it is cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. As we run a very tight schedule, we need to keep appointments on time to ensure the best results for our customers. We appreciate your understanding, thank you.
